Huawei Cloud Certification Exam Reservation

1. Register a Huawei Cloud account. (Skip this step if you already have an account.)

Visit the Huawei Cloud official website, and click Register in the upper right corner to register a Huawei Cloud account. For details, see the registration guide.

2. Reserve an online exam for Huawei Cloud certification

On the exam reservation page, read the preparations and precautions carefully, select the number of sessions to be applied for, and click Reserve Now.

3. Obtain the exam permission

After your application is approved, the exam permission and exam link will be assigned to you based on your Huawei Cloud account.

4. Take the exam

You need to log in to the link on time and take the exam within the scheduled time. After the exam, the exam result is displayed on the page.

5. Obtain Huawei Cloud Certification certificates

48 hours after passing the exam, you can view and download the electronic certificate. The steps are: log in to the Huawei Cloud official website, click your Huawei Cloud account name in the upper right corner, and choose My Certificates from the drop-down list.

Exam Environment

You are advised to take the exam in an independent, clean, and quiet place, such as a meeting room. Avoid places such as cafes and open offices.

Make sure the environment is well-lit so that your face, hands, and surroundings are captured clearly by your camera.

Computer

Camera: Ensure that the camera is available. During the exam, keep the camera open to verify your identity and supervise the online exam.

Bandwidth: The bandwidth of a single PC must be greater than or equal to 2 Mbit/s. Ensure that the network is stable throughout the exam. Do not use hotspot.

Browser: Google Chrome.

Resolution: For the best exercise experience, set the computer screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 and zoom ratio to 100%.

Other settings: Disable the message prompt and unnecessary background processes. Otherwise the system will determine them as screen switching or cheating during the exam.

Click the exam link and Take Exam

(1) Enter your real name as prompted. It is used to generate your certificate. If you do not perform this operation, you cannot enter the exam environment.

(2) Click Start to enter the exam environment. Please comply with the exam rules. All your behaviors during the exam will be recorded by the system. If you violate the rules, you may be disqualified or your exam results may be invalidated.

(3) After you enter the exam environment, the platform automatically starts recording the exam desktop for score tracing.

Answer questions

(1) The questions of each theory exam are randomly selected from the question library.

(2) One or more task check points are set in the lab exam. Please read the questions carefully and perform the exercise following the description of the score points. The exercise tasks you completed and detected by the system are used for scoring.

Pay attention to the following points when answering questions:

(1) You are not allowed to turn to anyone or anything else during the exam, including mobile phones or books.

(2) During the exam, you are not allowed to leave for any work or other causes irrelevant to the exam. Closing the browser is also deemed as leaving the exam.

(3) If you switch screens or take screenshots during the exam, the system displays a message or automatically submits your exam paper.

(4) During the theory and lab exams, you cannot switch screens for more than 5 times. Otherwise, the system automatically submits your theory exam paper and starts the lab exam.

(5) If the message "Preset the lab environment failed" is displayed during the lab exam, please close the page, wait for 10 minutes, and click Start Lab Exam in the exam record list on the start page to start the lab exam again.

(6) You are not allowed to record the exam content through audio recording, screen recording, or notes. You are not allowed to discuss or disclose exam questions after the exam.

(7) Pay attention to the countdown in the upper right corner of the page. After the countdown ends, the system automatically submits the exam page.

Obtain the certificate

Confirm that all exam operations are complete. Wait for about 1 minute and submit the exam paper. 48 hours after passing the exam, you can go to Personal Center > My Certification to view the certificate number and download the electronic certificate.

Get help

(1) If you encounter any exception on the exam platform during the exam, keep the actual exam environment and report it to the supervisor or call the customer service hotline +852-800-931-122.

(2) If you disagree with the exam result, send an exception or complaint email (including your Huawei Cloud account, exam item and exam time, and issue description) to huaweicloudedu@huawei.com within 5 working days after the exam. Your exam will be manually scored based on the exam screen recording, and you will get a reply within 5 working days.
